Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Aje packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
